H.E. Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, will participate in the 32nd Ministerial Council Meeting of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), to be hosted by the Chair-in-Office Finland, in Vienna on 4-5 December 2025.
