H.E. Dr. Arnoldo André Tinoco, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Worship of Costa Rica, will pay a visit to Türkiye on 16-18 February 2023 in order to demonstrate solidarity and convey condolences of Costa Rica for the earthquakes that took place in Türkiye.

The two Ministers will have a bilateral meeting in Ankara on 16 February 2023.
