H.E. Mr. Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a phone conversation today with H.E. Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation. They agreed to reschedule the Ministerial Meeting and to continue the consultations at the level of Deputy Ministers in the period ahead.
